Roku has been around for a few years now and is one of the most popular streaming devices out there. The company is releasing their new Roku 4 at the end of the month and I recently discovered their amazing customer support.

Roku has a handful of different devices to stream entertainment straight to your television. Users have access to over 2,500 channels like Netflix, Hulu and so much more. That means users have over 300,000 movies and television shows right at their fingertips.

But even though they have great products, Rokus still have some technical difficulties. This is where their handy customer support chat comes in. The chat feature is available 24/7 and all of the people I have chatted with have been very knowledgeable. Just get on your computer, sign into your Roku account on their website and start chatting! I have been having issues with my remote so they are kindly sending me a new one, for free. I highly recommend using the chat feature if you have any questions or problems with your Roku products. I haven’t experience such great customer service in a long time.

Now onto the fun stuff, the Roku 4 is coming out in just a couple of weeks and the latest streaming device is full of some cool new features. It will cost you $129.99 and looks just like the other products. But the Roku 4 has an awesome feature to help find your lost remote. There is a button on top of the player that will help tell you where your remote is.

The product details also say the new device offers advanced processing for a more smooth streaming experience at higher resolutions. That means it can support realistic color and incredible detail. The remote also comes with voice search so you can just say what title, actor or director you are looking for.
