Patek Phillippe is world-renowned for producing incredibly expensive yet extraordinarily beautiful watches with sophisticated features and the Platinum World Time is no exception. Sold at auction for over $4 million USD back in 2002, this self-winding watch not only has a range of finishes to choose from including rose, white and yellow gold (and of course, platinum), but it also lives up to its name by allowing the wearer to find the time anywhere in the world from Paris to Milan. It is believed that only one of these watches was ever made and, at the time of action, the Platinum World Time became the most expensive wristwatch in the world.
